If you are concerned about your privacy and want to leave no traces of your browsing session, then download Gpass, a free anonymous proxy tool to surf the internet and overcome internet censorship.
Gpass is a web proxy tool that works by tunneling all your internet connections through its own proxy servers.GPass is a highly advanced web proxy software that encrypts your online data, hides your IP address, and bypasses content filtering and monitoring, by using a number of secure channels to connect to the Internet and break through the Internet blockade!!!
GPass supports Web browsers like Firefox, multimedia players, email, instant messengers, download managers, etc. Every application that connects to the Internet can be used with Gpass. While most applications run out of the box, without requiring you to enter details into the application. Some require that the proxy server (localhost:8000) is set in the application itself.

How to start and use Gpass
To start GPass, simply double click its icon. You should see its main window on your desktop and its tray icon on your task bar. Normally, the GPass tray icon should be green, and the Status displayed at the bottom of the GPass window should read Ready, indicating GPass is ready to use.If GPass is temporarily unable to find usable tunnels, its tray icon will turn grey, and the application started from GPass will appear disconnected from the Internet. In this case, try switching to another type of tunnel, check your firewall and anti-virus software settings,LAN proxy settings, or try again later.
Once you’ve double-clicked GPass and the Status displayed at the bottom of the GPass window indicates it is Ready, you’re now ready to go online. The GPass user interface is straightforward. The primary section of the Main Window is the application list, the holding place for the applications you want to run through GPass. When GPass is used for the first time, it will find popular network applications on your computer and include them in the application list. To add more applications, you can simply drag-drop them onto the GPass window or click the Add button to browse your computer to find and add them. Thus, basic usage of Gpass involves only the main window and tray icon and menu. The easiest way to use GPass is to use the automatic mode or simply access pre-set bookmarks to specified websites. More advanced users may configure GPass to suit their needs via setup options, or use network control to gauge the network activities of online applications.
In automatic mode, you drag an application (for example, an FTP client) to the GPass window and start it by double clicking its icon. When you start an application this way, GPass automatically encrypts the application’s network traffic, while you use your application the same way as before.
GPass also provides you with a comprehensive list of recommended URL’s and a way to manage your favorite online locations in the Bookmark Manager. These are not limited to webpage URL’s: a bookmark can be any URL with the associated application to open it, or an application with command line parameters. The bookmarks are organized in hierarchical categories. When GPass starts, it creates a skeleton for the My Favorites category and downloads the Recommended Sites category from the GPass website. You can drag-drop bookmarks to rearrange their position. Your changes will be saved automatically.

When you close the GPass window, GPass is not terminated and you can still see its tray icon in the Windows task bar. You can right click it to bring up the GPass tray menu. Choose Exit from the tray menu or the main menu to terminate GPass. However, you should close all applications started from GPass before exiting GPass.
